Established in 2003 Mercury Personnel Solutions was formed specifically to work with clients who had seasonal demands and required a professional, reliable and honest partnership.
We pride ourselves on the ability to service a wide range of “On Floor” operational roles within each factory setting to include, General Operatives, Line Leaders, QA / QC, Supervisors, Cold Store Operatives, FLT Drivers and Warehouse Operatives. All personnel are purposely tailored to each client’s needs without compromising the highest quality of service levels and results.
Mercury Personnel Solutions management team has over 70 years combined experience in the fresh produce, horticulture, warehouse and distribution sectors, gained within the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire regions. We have an in-depth understanding of the challenges bought from working with demanding retailers, customers and high volume peak labour requirements hence being able to strategically plan successful recruitment campaigns that deliver the labour when required “In Partnership” with our clients.
A major difference between Mercury Personnel Solutions and other recruitment companies is that our Co / Owner Directors Rob Carter & Gary Turner are personally known by all employees and are available at all times to deal with any issues arising.
